On January 19-21, 2023, a training seminar was organized by the ICON-INSTITUT within the framework of the development of a curriculum for distance learning “MEd – Master of Professional Education” at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.
The goal of the project is to strengthen the capacity of Central Asian professional education systems to train qualified specialists and leaders who are in high demand for economic growth sectors in the region. The project is implemented within the framework of GIZ’s “Professional Education Program in Central Asia (PECA)” and GIZ has commissioned ICON-INSTITUT for the implementation of the project. The project will work closely with the regional implementation partners (universities, colleges, short course providers) and in consultation with working groups. The countries implementing this project are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
