ICON supported the DEG in the Climate Partnership Programme financed by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) in the second phase. The programme financed activities in the field of modern renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency measures, modern building technologies or specific technical training components. The task of the ICON inhouse expert team was to contribute to the evaluation process of private enterprise applications submitted to the Climate Partnership Program. The services comprised mainly the technical assessment of the general suitability of the proposed projects, the software based calculation for CO2 emissions based on international standards of the projects and general technical advisory services for the structure of the programme.(8808670)
