The project aimed to manage and enhance the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of ETF (European Training Foundation) activities in vocational education and training (VET) and related sectors by deploying high-quality experts.
ICON-INSTITUT conducted the analysis of the impact and added value of ETF projects and activities, leading to an improved design of future initiatives by drawing on lessons learned from past interventions. The project strengthened ETF’s planning and quality assurance methods, improving its overall effectiveness. It also enhanced the foundation’s expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment, further developing ETF's knowledge in quality assurance. The assignments focused on specific thematic fields: vocational education and training system development in a lifelong learning context, labor market needs and employability, and the development of human capital through education-business partnerships. These areas were crucial for ETF’s mission to support educational and vocational systems in their development.
