PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project “Preparing the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in Secondary Education Project - Due Diligence Package” financed by the ADB comprises the elaboration of a due diligence report that includes an economic and financial analysis, governance risk analysis, poverty and social, and safeguards. The project aims at equipping secondary education students with relevant skills that enable them to succeed in an evolving and diverse labour market. Against this background, ICON was commissioned to improve the:

- Quality of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education with support of technology

- Learning environment

- public-private partnership (PPP) approach

- the sector management with expanded partnership
